Capture the Banner

American River Area Narcotics Anonymous is having the Capture the Banner event. This event is put togehter by addicts that encourage other addicts to branch out and meet new people while supporting other meetings. The way it works is you have 5 people from your home group get together and go to the meeting where the flag is, you capture it, then bring it to your home group and wait for another group to come capture it. Fun times!

Rules It takes 5 people from a home group to capture the banner. All 5 must show up on time and stay for the whole meeting. If more than one group shows up, the group that traveled the farthest from the address of the home group gets the flag. Only meetintgs in the American River Area qualify to capture the flag.

The current group with the flag is Recovery in Progress 5921 Stanley Ave. Suite B Carmichael, CA 95608 Friday 7:30 PM
